For years I was making my cashew parm in my nutribullet and it would all clump together because the motor was too strong and would release the oils in the nuts. I bought a cheap $9.99 coffee grinder and voila perfect every time.
Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 Tbs nutrtional yeast
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Directions
Blend and enjoy. Keep covered in fridge.
